About our Postal Packs
We aim to get test kits out to you in plenty of time for your Day 5 test. Postage delays getting your test kits out to you can happen on occasion, especially over weekends and bank holidays, although we seek to minimise the chances of this happening. If you have someone that can accept the package on your behalf, please email or call us after making your booking to arrange a sooner dispatch of your package.
If you are placing your booking after your arrival in the UK please allow 2-3 business days for your package to be delivered to you
When the test pack arrives, and it is time to test:
Undertake and register your test at home on or after Day 5.
Return direct to lab using prelabelled and prepaid Royal Mail Tracked 24 return envelope
Results will be available 24 hours after the laboratory has received the package
Receive results via email and/or text message
For your return-to-lab posting, please catch the earliest mail delivery window you can and please ensure you post in a Priority Royal Mail Post Box. Royal Mail can be subject to service delays. They are the only widely available postal service that can handle biological samples.
